On May 17th I took my State Test for CNA. It was two tests to pass. I was super nervous! I got to the Regional Testing Center at 645 in the morning and I didn't leave till 230 in the afternoon. Once I got there i went to the written testing area, they checked my California ID and my Social Security. After I signed in we took the test. The room was full of Savanna H.S students and a little bit of adults who were also taking their certification test. After the written test we waited for about 2 and a half hours in the lounge to take our skills test. For the skills test they were giving us four skills to test on. It is always hand washing. measuring, and two other skills. I did hand washing, counting the pulse, ambulating, and helping with a right weak side. It was super nerve wrecking because I was alone with the tester and resident. I waited for about an hour for my test results and I ..... PASSED!

This week is the week of my state test. On Tuesday night i got into a car accident and got injured on my left side, and my test is this Saturday. I was about to postponed my test, but I decided not to. Today we're actually going to the center after school and we are all going to practice. My instructor asked people to help us so we can be prepared for it. I feel a little sketchy on doing blood pressures. The part that bothers me about it is listening to the pulse. The only reason why I feel like I wouldn't do so well on the skills test is because I'm going to be alone with judge and that gets me really nervous. I have to be there at 7 in the morning, but our teacher recommends us to be there about thirty minutes early. I'm super nervous !!

I have finished going to the facility because we are now studying for the state test that I'm taking on May 17th. The state test is 90 dollars. We couldn't give them cash we had to give them a money order. Half of the test is a written exam and the other half is hands on work, also known as skills. I'm really nervous because when we're doing our skills part its only going to be myself and the judge. For our skills we're going to be given five skills. Hand washing is automatically a skill, and that mean we're going to be given four surprised skills. The class is taking the test at the Regional Testing Center on Est Ball Road. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we go to our class room and practice for the test. Half of the class works on the written test and the other half works on the skills test.
